Publishing to MFPL's icecast server

If you are running, Debian linux:

Install dependencies

	  sudo aptitude install python-gtk2 python-gst0.10

Download mobi
Run mobi:
```
	    ./mobi
	  
```
For Screencasts mobi-screencast
Run mobi-screencast:
```
	    ./mobi-screencast
	  
```
Click the Start button to start publishing.

By default, you will be streaming to our servers with a filename composed of: the user running mobi followed by .ogg. If your are logged into your computer as the user jamie, you would be publishing to the file: jamie.ogg. If you want to change the name of the file, start mobi with:

	MOBI_OUT_ICECAST_MOUNT=plenary-wef.ogg ./mobi
